I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the headline at That’s Fit, but apparently it’s true! A 220-lb 12-year-old underwent liposuction and a tummy tuck, but when the 40 lbs she lost came back just a year later, she had an additional surgery to get a gastric lap band.
