Women’s Nutrition Week Recipes: Asparagus Popover

Today is Day 2 of Women’s Nutrition Week, and here’s a healthy recipe from Every Day With Rachael Ray!
Asparagus Popover
Servings: 4Prep Time: 15 minutesBake Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients

1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup milk
3 large eggs, at room temperature
½ cup flour
