Natural Relief for Cold and Flu Symptoms

WebMD lays out 9 easy ways to treat discomfort from cold and flu this season:

Blow your nose frequently and correctly.
Get lots of rest.
Gargle.
Drink hot liquids.
Take a hot shower.
Put a menthol salve on/under your nose.
Use hot/cold packs for sinus pressure.
Prop up with an extra pillow at bedtime.
Avoid flying unless it’s absolutely necessary.
