Is Seafood Really Good for You?

Consider the Pros and Cons of SeafoodCNN Health recently explored the health benefits of fish compared with potential health risks, and drew some really interesting conclusions.

You already know that fish is a great source of lean protein and those oh-so-important omega-3 fatty acids that play a role in critical fetal development and ongoing brain and hormonal function throughout life. But you probably also know that mercury and PCBs are a major concern, especially for pregnant women.
