- How to eat them: For breakfast (don’t fry them in butter or smother them with fatty toppings like tons of cheese) or on a salad (hard boiled of course)

- Why it’s good: Full of fiber, protein, and veggies
- How to eat it: Whole wheat crust, thin crust, lean meats and veggies on top

Canadian bacon
- Why it’s good: It has all the taste and a third of the fat of regular bacon.
- How to eat it: Breakfast, in a BLT (to replace the bacon), in strips on a salad

These are great, especially the pizza and ice cream! I’ve always felt good about eating both of those :)

I didn’t like pizza until a few years ago, but now I feel REALLY good about it. :)
