Advice for Setting and Reaching Goals
Last year, we kicked off the new year with a series of posts containing tips for goal setting, and this is a good time to review them:
- TIP 1: Tell someone what you’re planning to do and ask them to help you be accountable for that commitment. (post)
- TIP 2: Start small and manageable. Give yourself opportunities for success and satisfaction. (post)
- TIP 3: Convince yourself that you deserve the end result of what you’re resolving to do. (post)
- TIP 4: Write down your goals, and post the list somewhere that you’ll see it all the time and be reminded of exactly what you’re doing for yourself — and why. (post)
