Resistance Is No Longer Futile

Advice for Using a Resistance BandResistance bands, that is. Whether you’re an expert or a newbie, Vital Juice Daily’s post on how to use them is a great tool.

I’ve been wanting to try a resistance band with my pilates workout, but have found it completely intimidating. And then after seeing what Jaimie did with her resistance band on So You Think You Can Dance, I decided to forget about it! No way did I want to end up in some kind of forced split.

But now I’m thinking maybe it won’t be so bad. Any advice? Leave your tips in the comments.
