Think Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October

October is Breast Cancer Awareness MonthOctober is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Women’s Health magazine has rounded up a ton of research, real-life experiences, tips, tools, and links to help you increase your own understanding of this disease and spread awareness.

Check it out, and use this month as a springboard to start feeling your boobies regularly if you’re not already. Not sure how? View this instructional breast self-exam video from the Susan G. Komen Foundation, available in English, Spanish, and Hindi. (Note: This may not be safe to view during work since it’s a real woman with real breasts doing a real exam. Your office, your call.)
