Why Good Sex Pays Off (and how to make yours better)
Aside from the obvious positives of having a healthy, active sex life (sex = good, for those who missed it), why is sex so important?
An article from Women’s Health points out that having a great sex life can actually save you money, as much as $5,670 in three months:
Making the beast with two backs does more than just put a smile on your face. A rockin’ love life (getting it on at least once or twice a week) helps keep you healthy — and, it turns out, saves you a ton of cash. Ignore your randy urges for 3 months and both your body and your wallet will take the following hits.
According to psychiatrist Gail Saltz,
Having a good sex life is extremely important to your own emotional health and the health of your marriage. But numerous things can get in the way.
In her article “Getting Back Your Sex Life,” Saltz offers four tips for improving and maintaining your sex life (and, evidently, your financial status):
- Address anger.
- Date nights.
- Be in touch with your fantasy life.
- Mix it up.
Over at That’s Fit, Jonathan Morgan dishes the dirt on a few other ways to make your sex life better. Read about it here.
