Permission to Snooze
It’s cold outside. You’re tired, and probably sleep-deprived like the rest of the world. Why camp out in front of the TV, filling your mind with more junk? You’re on overload anyway.
According to WebMD:
“Naps are one of the most powerful alertness strategies,” says Mark Rosekind, PhD, president and chief scientist at Alertness Solutions. “It is the only strategy that gets directly to the ‘sleep debt’ we rack up at night when we don’t get the amount we need.”
The Power of Napping article contains several tips to help you get in that power snooze that will help clear your mind, restore your energy, and renew your attitude. Give it a try.

Yep, that’s what I do. I watch TV at night just before bed, and then I can’t turn the darn thing off regardless of the fact that I’m so tired. Because of our recent guests I’ve been watching Full House and Facts of Life. :)

When do they come on? What channel? We just got a satellite dish, and I wonder if we get them. I’d like to watch some old reruns of Full House too. :)
