Is Your Job Stressing You Out?
I had a deadline yesterday that completely stressed me out. It was an editing job, something I’ve not been formally trained to do, yet my mind kept telling me, “Use your common sense. You can do this.”
While I worked, I craved junk food, and I gave in to it, unfortunately. I was not a lively woman yesterday! I also didn’t exercise, so today, I’m not feeling well.
