Having a healthy heart is all tied into your total wellness — if you eat a healthy diet, get plenty of sleep, exercise at least half an hour three times a week, and try to reduce stress, you’re doing yourself a favor on the outside, as well as on the inside.
For many of us, the wake-up call that we need to take better care of ourselves comes when we look in the mirror and go, “Where did all THAT come from?” Well, maybe we don’t want to face the truth … but if we can do just ONE THING for our heart today that we didn’t do yesterday, we’re one step closer to better health. YEA!
