Post Eat 2 Lose 10 Plan
I read about the Eat 2 Lose 10 Plan on the back of my kids’ Raisin Bran box this morning. According to this plan, you replace two of your regular meals with a serving of cereal, 1/2 cup fat-free milk, and 1/2 cup fruit.
The plan has two more steps: You also watch your portionsto reduce your daily calorie intake, and add more physical activities to your day.
Research “by a leading cardiologist” shows that most people can lose 10 pounds easily on this plan. It does make sense — the high-fiber cereal and protein from milk will fill you up and help you eat less. Plus, not having to THINK about what to eat might help you actually DO it.
As always, it’s best to be sensible about what you eat — and get an accountability partner. This reminds me of that guy who lost hundreds of pounds when he ate Subway sandwiches for a long time.
